Meet the association officers who form the executive committee
Abi is a Colon Hydrotherapist, Naturopath, Herbalist, Iridologist, Nutritionist, Body Worker, Mycotherapist and has studied Hydrotherapy according to Kneipp in Baveria. Abi qualified as a Colon Hydrotherapist with Milo Siewert in 2002 and taught with NCCH for over 14 years. Abi was ARCH Hon Secretary and Membership Secretary for 10 years and after a break returned to the ARCH committee as Chair from 2017 to 2020. Abi is Hon. President, ARCH historian & continues to supply enema herbs to Colon Hydrotherapists.
Claire cleared atopic eczema, IBS symptoms, and PCOS at age 24 through researching and applying natural health and healing approaches. Since then, she has dedicated her life to teaching others how to achieve better health through appropriate nutrition and cleansing, with 25 years of professional practice in the UK and USA. Claire believes entirely in the values ARCH upholds and has built, as both a Colon Hydrotherapist and professional, Claire recognises we serve the public, education sector and provide the very best in training.
Caroline previously worked in finance for various large multi-national companies over a 25 year period, she decided to re-train in colonic hydrotherapy treatments having derived immense benefit from it to treat her IBS symptoms. She trained and qualified as a Colonic Hydrotherapist in May 2024 at the National College of Colon Hydrotherapy (NCCH). Caroline is ARCH Treasurer bringing her expertise to all the everyday runnings of our busy organisation. Caroline serves on the executive team contributing insights into ARCH's short and longterm projects.
For years Sue worked in Endoscopy at Northampton General Hospital and understood the impact of maintaining a healthy bowel and colon. However, it wasn't until I began suffering with a problematic bowel myself that I realised how critical it was to your overall health Sue trained in Menopause Holistic Counselling, Lymphatic Drainage, and Pregnancy Massages. Sue has a busy practice in Colon Hydrotherapy and holistic healthcare, whilst being a wonder at ARCH based social media, entirely dedicated and ethical at every decision.
Kelly built on a ITEC diploma in Anatomy & Physiology and Holistic Massage, FHT diplomas in Deep Tissue Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and a certified 300-hour BWY Yoga Teacher Training course. After experiencing the benefits of colonic hydrotherapy firsthand, Kelly completed her IPCH diploma in 2012 under the tutelage of Anne-Lise Miller. During this time, Kelly founded Trinity Clinic, offering holistic treatments on a part-time basis while continuing her teaching work.
Violet is a NMC Registered Midwife with a BSc (Hons) and over a decade of clinical experience in high-risk maternity and women’s health. I completed the Nursing Facilitated Learning and Assessment in Practice (FLAP) course and have a strong background in education, regularly mentoring students and supporting learning in the clinical environment. I joined the ARCH Education Committee to bring my teaching experience and passion for raising educational standards.
Naturopath trained in colon hydrotherapy in 2004, initially with Dr Milo Stewart and later with Roger Groos, founders of colon hydrotherapy in the UK. She has been a committed member of the Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH) for over 21 years and is passionate about naturopathy, colon hydrotherapy, herbal medicine, and bodywork therapies, with a strong belief in gut health as the foundation of overall wellbeing.
As a trained naturopath for over 33 years with specialist expertise in gut health, Linda spent many years supporting thousands of individuals on their journey to better gut health Linda is the Founder and Creative Director of Just For Tummies, a digestive wellness brand I created to make gut health simple, supportive, and accessible. What began as a small idea driven by my colon hydrotherapy clinic experience has grown into a trusted UK brand known for its thoughtfully formulated supplements.
Ann attended The College of Dietary Healing and enrolled. Qualifying as a D.H.D in late 1992.In 1992 I also qualified with National College of Holistic Medicine in Colonics. As at that time there was no formal Colonic Society and group of us formed an Association which eventually evolved into ARCH. Qualifying in 1999 as a D.H.D with the London college of Medicine and Health Science as a Naturopath.
With a background in advanced remedial massage therapy, Jane has dedicated the past 11 years to running my own colon hydrotherapy clinic. Her journey began 17 years ago under the guidance of Linda Booth, and Roger Groos - ARCH Founder, both encouraged to train professionally—a decision that Jane has described as being 'transformative', especially during the difficult time of losing my husband to bowel cancer. Jane's passion led her to establish the Nottingham Colonic School.
Alethia has a diploma in Colon Hydrotherapy gained from Institute of Professional Colon Hydrotherapists (IPCH). Is a certified Nutritional therapist and she is a member of the Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH). She currently sits on the ARCH committee and is also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), (recognised by most cashback providers).
